As a small charity we are unable to cover the cost of your entry on this occasion.

If you are under 18 years of age you will need your parent or guardian’s permission to run, fundraise and to complete this form on your behalf.

Great Bristol Run entries are open to runners aged 15+ (10k) and 17+ (Half marathon) on the day of the event. The Family Run is open to entrants aged 3+. Entry is per person (Each adult and child). Entrants aged 3-8 yrs must run with a parent (accompanying adults also need to enter).

Agreement:

- I have secured a place in the Great Bristol Run 2024 and I am committed to using my place to raise funds for Baby Bank Network Bristol.


- To the best of my knowledge, I am in a fit state of health to take part in this event. I will undertake the necessary training and preparation and seek medical advice where appropriate.


- I understand I am taking part in this event entirely at my own risk and no liability sits with Baby Bank Network Bristol.


- I understand that by registering with Baby Bank Network Bristol for this event, I am giving my consent for:

a) the charity to contact me about this event (this will usually be via e-mail).

b) any quotes I give, photographs taken at the event in which I feature, or any I send to the charity before/after the event of myself, may be used by the charity in any future media reporting or promotion of the event online and in print, and that if I do not wish photographs of myself to be used in this way I will inform the charity of this as soon as possible.


- I will inform Baby Bank Network Bristol as soon as possible if I have to withdraw from this event.


- I will not do anything to bring Baby Bank Network Bristol into disrepute.
